Newcastle (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 48.7% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Newcastle (unincorporated) rose by $275,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $840,000 - a 48.7% increase over the $565,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Newcastle (unincorporated) in the first half of 2020.
