Bothell (unincorporated) home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $150,501 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $850,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $699,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in the first half of 2020.
