The first half of 2021: Home prices in Snoqualmie increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Snoqualmie rose by $157,500 while total sales increased by 31.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $895,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $737,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Snoqualmie in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
