The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Kirkland (unincorporated) rose by $257,250 while total sales increased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,015,500 - a 33.9% increase over the $758,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Kirkland (unincorporated) in the first half of 2020.
