The first half of 2021: Home prices in Sammamish increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Sammamish rose by $445,000 while total sales increased by 52.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 332 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,383,500 - a 47.4% increase over the $938,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 218 homes sold in Sammamish in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sammamish for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,642, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
