Pricing for the median home in Kirkland increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Kirkland rose by $232,500 while total sales increased by 89.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,422,500 - a 19.5% increase over the $1,190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Kirkland in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,770, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
