Clyde Hill median home prices rose by 11.3% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Clyde Hill rose by $295,000 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,900,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $2,605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Clyde Hill in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Clyde Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $13,897, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
