How did home prices perform in Medina during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Medina rose by $45,950 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,595,950 - a 1.3% increase over the $3,550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Medina in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $15,135, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
