Carnation home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Carnation rose by $66,500 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $568,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Carnation in 2020.
