Snoqualmie median home prices rose by 24.4% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Snoqualmie rose by $191,525 while total sales increased by 17.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $977,500 - a 24.4% increase over the $785,975 median sale price for the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Snoqualmie in 2020.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2021.
