Sammamish median home prices rose by 35.4% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Sammamish rose by $366,250 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 684 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,400,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $1,033,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 522 homes sold in Sammamish in 2020.

The median sales tax in Sammamish for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,642, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
