Home prices increased in Mercer Island during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Mercer Island rose by $538,500 while total sales increased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 250 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,187,500 - a 32.7% increase over the $1,649,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 195 homes sold in Mercer Island in 2020.
