Median home prices in Hunts Point fell to $2,550,000 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Hunts Point fell by $1,350,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,550,000 - a 34.6% decrease over the $3,900,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hunts Point in 2020.
