City of Kirkland issued the following announcement on Feb. 18.
In observance of the President’s Day holiday, City administrative offices are closed on Monday, Feb. 21. City services normally accessible through email, the Our Kirkland service portal and over the phone will resume 8 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 22.
