Heads up: There's a broken irrigation valve at Lake Boren Park, but it's no cause for alarm.
The water at the city meter is shut off, and no water is actually being used. Water is flowing out of the system by gravity -- The broken valve is at a low point in the irrigation system, causing all water that was charged in the system to now drain out through the broken valve. The water flow will stop once the pipes are empty. Meanwhile, it's a bit wet in the parking lot.
