Clyde Hill home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Clyde Hill rose by $1,010,000 while total sales increased by 66.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,710,000 - a 37.4 percent increase over the $2,700,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Clyde Hill in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Clyde Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $13,897, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for April.
