Duvall (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 23.8% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Duvall (unincorporated) rose by $384,500 while total sales increased by 27.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,000,000 - a 23.8 percent increase over the $1,615,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Duvall (unincorporated) in April 2021.
