Median home prices in Kirkland rose to $1,940,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Kirkland rose by $340,000 while total sales decreased by 31.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,940,000 - a 21.3 percent increase over the $1,600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Kirkland in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,770, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
