April: Duvall experienced a 21.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Duvall rose by $193,500 while total sales decreased by 40 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 21.3 percent increase over the $906,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Duvall in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Duvall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,615, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for April.
