Home prices increased in Issaquah (unincorporated) during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Issaquah (unincorporated) rose by $449,000 while total sales increased by 6.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,399,000 - a 47.3 percent increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Issaquah (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Issaquah (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,003, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
