Q2: Issaquah experienced an 18.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Issaquah rose by $216,000 while total sales decreased by 31.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,385,000 - an 18.5 percent increase over the $1,169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Issaquah in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
