Snoqualmie (unincorporated) home prices rose in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,150,000 - a 4.5 percent increase over the $1,100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,060, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
