Rising home prices in North Bend (unincorporated) in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in North Bend (unincorporated) rose by $200,000 while total sales decreased by 4.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 26.7 percent increase over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in North Bend (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.
