Medina median home prices fell by 2.7% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Medina fell by $95,950 while total sales increased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,500,000 - a 2.7 percent decrease from the $3,595,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Medina in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $15,135, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
