Median home prices in Duvall (unincorporated) rose to $2,000,000 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Duvall (unincorporated) rose by $525,000 while total sales increased by 34 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.
