Median home prices in Issaquah (unincorporated) rose to $1,409,000 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Issaquah (unincorporated) rose by $468,750 while total sales increased by 6.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,409,000 - a 49.9 percent increase over the $940,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Issaquah (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Issaquah (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,003, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
