Home prices increased in Kirkland (unincorporated) during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Kirkland (unincorporated) rose by $299,500 while total sales increased by 12.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,315,000 - a 29.5 percent increase over the $1,015,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Kirkland (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Kirkland (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,352, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
