First half of 2022: Fall City (unincorporated) experienced a 38.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Fall City (unincorporated) rose by $352,500 while total sales increased by 45 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,265,000 - a 38.6 percent increase over the $912,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Fall City (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.
