Pricing for the median home in Snoqualmie increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Snoqualmie rose by $320,000 while total sales increased by 15.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,215,000 - a 35.8 percent increase over the $895,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Snoqualmie in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
