North Bend (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 27.9% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in North Bend (unincorporated) rose by $207,500 while total sales increased by 26.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 27.9 percent increase over the $742,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in North Bend (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.
