Home prices increased in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 10.3 percent increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.
