Pricing for the median home in Carnation decreased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Carnation fell by $62,500 while total sales increased by 62.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $710,000 - an 8.1 percent decrease from the $772,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Carnation in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Carnation for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,504, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
