Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) is a nonprofit legal aid organization working to keep tenants housed. If you are a Kirkland resident who would like to learn more about
the Kirkland Housing Stability Program, a representative from ELAP will be on site monthly to answer questions about how you can get free eviction prevention assistance.
Registration not required. In-person event. Safety guidelines and current protocols followed.
