Microsoft recently shared a series of tweets highlighting advancements and nostalgic moments in its technological journey. The posts, made between February 19 and February 21, 2025, cover topics from breakthroughs in quantum computing to reminiscing about early Windows features.

On February 19, Microsoft announced a significant development in quantum computing with the introduction of Majorana 1. According to the tweet, "A breakthrough in quantum computing. Majorana 1 brings us closer to harnessing millions of potential qubits working together to solve the unsolvable—from new medicines to revolutionary materials—all on a single chip." This advancement promises to push forward various fields by leveraging the power of qubits.

The following day, on February 20, Microsoft reflected on the impact of Microsoft Teams since its inception in 2016. The tweet stated: “You’re still on mute.” Introduced in 2016, @MicrosoftTeams was designed to bring people, conversations, and content into one seamless digital workplace." This reflects on how Microsoft Teams has become integral for digital collaboration over the years.

On February 21, Microsoft took a nostalgic turn by recalling an iconic feature from Windows' past. The company tweeted: "What’s a mouse?
