The tweets, posted on March 3 and 4, 2025, emphasize the company's efforts in enhancing reading skills through AI, improving customer experiences with AI-powered tools, and a significant educational initiative in India.

On March 3, 2025, Microsoft posted about an AI-driven tool aimed at helping young readers. "Through AI-powered personalization and immersion, learn how Reading Coach is empowering young readers advance their skills and become more confident in their abilities".

Later that day, Microsoft highlighted its collaboration with T-Mobile to enhance retail experiences.
