Rep. Suzan DelBene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Washington’s 1st district, has recently shared her perspectives on various issues through a series of tweets.

On January 31, 2025, Rep. DelBene expressed criticism towards the President by stating: “The President is shamelessly exploiting a national tragedy to peddle his far-right agenda attacking women, people of color, & LGBTQ+ Americans.”

Later that day, she shared her experience visiting students at Juanita High School: “Great to visit AP US Government students at Juanita High School. I enjoyed answering their questions about what it’s like to serve in Congress and represent WA-01, the best district in the country.”

In another engagement on January 31, 2025, Rep. DelBene highlighted her visit to a disaster loan outreach center in Bellevue: “I stopped by @SBAgov disaster loan outreach center in Bellevue to discuss how WA homeowners & families impacted by the November bomb cyclone can access federal support. Learn more about how you can apply for an SBA disaster loan.”
