Rep. Suzan DelBene, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Washington’s 1st district since 2012, marked several important occasions and provided resources for her constituents in recent social media posts.
On April 13, 2026, DelBene commemorated Holocaust Remembrance Day with a message: “On Yom HaShoah, we honor the millions of Jewish lives lost during the Holocaust. May their memories always be a blessing.”

Suzan DelBene was born in Selma, Alabama in 1962 and currently resides in Medina. She graduated from Reed College in 1983 and later earned another degree from the University of Washington in 1990.
