Rep. Suzan DelBene, who represents Washington’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently used her social media platform to inform constituents about local transportation updates, community events, and opportunities for student engagement.
On March 7, DelBene alerted residents to upcoming road closures: “Attention: I-405 in Bothell will be closed this weekend & next weekend in both directions due to construction to remove ramps & improve driver safety.

Suzan DelBene has represented Washington’s 1st District since 2012 after succeeding Jay Inslee. She was born in Selma, Alabama in 1962 and currently resides in Medina. DelBene graduated from Reed College with a BS in 1983 and later earned another degree from the University of Washington in 1990.
