Traffic Alert: The traffic signal at 228th Ave NE & SE 8th St has been malfunctioning intermittently. Please be safe! If you are driving in the area and see that the signal is flashing or not working, treat the intersection as a four-way stop. Come to a complete stop and proceed when it’s your turn.
The City of Sammamish is monitoring the signal during work hours and working to resolve the issue, including short-term repairs. The computer for this signal is scheduled for replacement, however, it can take up to 3 months to test and install a signal cabinet once materials are on hand.
