City of Sammamish issued the following announcement.
Proposed amendments to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan and Sammamish Municipal Code development regulations
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish City Council will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan and the Sammamish Municipal Code development regulations submitted through the 2020-21 docket process.
SUMMARY of AMENDMENTS: The City Council is considering proposed amendments to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan and the Sammamish Municipal Code development regulations. The changes have been proposed through the City of Sammamish’s annual docket process. Following their review and deliberations, the City Council will adopt a resolution identifying the requests that will advance to the legislative review stage of the annual amendment process.
HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM on December 1, 2020. To view the virtual City Council meeting, go to https://sammamishwa.civicweb.net/Portal and click on the meeting date. Instructions on how to view the meeting are provided in the agenda.
WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm December 1, 2020. Please submit written comment by email to the City Clerk at lhachey@sammamish.us and citycouncil@sammamish.us.
VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 3 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting. Instructions on how to provide comment may be found in the meeting agenda.
