New City of Snoqualmie Website Launches Dec. 9

The City of Snoqualmie will launch a re-designed website on Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, improving user experience and website functionality.

The new website offers a modern, fresh design and incorporates aerial photography and artwork by local designer Kat Marshello. New static buttons help reduce clicks, directing users to commonly visited website pages. The new homepage also embeds social media feeds, videos, and website blog features.

The launch of the new website follows nearly a year of research, design work, and layout reconfiguration to improve functionality and to help users find information with less clicks.

“We took a deep look at our website to understand how we could improve it, utilizing staff and resident feedback, as well as analytic reports,” said Communications Coordinator Danna McCall. “We hope residents find the new website easy to use and enjoy the new design.”

The new City of Snoqualmie website goes live at approximately 9 am, Friday, Dec. 9, 2022.

The redesign was included in the City’s 10-year contract with CivicPlus, an integrated technology platform for local governments. The City has used the CivicPlus website platform since 2017.
