Microsoft has been actively utilizing its Twitter platform to inform followers about its latest endeavors and collaborations. The tech corporation recently highlighted efforts to combat cybercrime in universities, advancements in K-beauty routines with AI, and the development of AI applications for enhancing customer service in the airline industry.

In a tweet dated March 24, 2025, Microsoft highlighted initiatives by universities that are leveraging student talent to fight cybercrime. Students are gaining practical experience in security operations centers (SOCs), which adds a dual benefit of advancing their learning while securing institutional systems. According to Microsoft, it's a "Win + win."

On March 26, 2025, Microsoft informed its followers about a new AI product by Amorepacific in a tweet. The “AI Beauty Counselor,” powered by Microsoft AI, aims to offer users personalized skincare advice and product recommendations, tailoring solutions to individual needs.

In a subsequent tweet on March 27, 2025, Microsoft announced a collaboration with Japan Airlines (JAL). The airline is developing an AI application designed to assist cabin attendants in reducing administrative tasks, thereby enhancing customer service. This application utilizes Microsoft's Phi-4 Small Language Model and remains functional even with inconsistent in-flight internet connectivity.
