On February 1, 2025, Rep. DelBene expressed concern over potential international trade conflicts. She stated that "Canada, Mexico, & China are planning to retaliate with their own tariffs against American exporters that will cost American jobs."

In another update on February 2, 2025, Rep. DelBene highlighted a significant advancement in public safety and environmental sustainability within her district. She announced the launch of Washington’s first-ever electric fire truck in Redmond, stating "Great to help launch Washington’s first-ever electric fire truck in Redmond today! I secured $1 million for two trucks that will be shared between Redmond & Bellevue. This exciting project will help improve public safety while reducing carbon emissions."

Further emphasizing infrastructure development, on February 3, 2025, Rep. DelBene reported on transportation improvements set to enhance connectivity among Eastside communities. She mentioned that "Two more 2-line stations in Redmond are slated to open on May 10, further connecting Eastside communities!"
